TAAL SUMMER CAMP 2025
Our Summer Dance Camp is a fun and immersive program designed to help young dancers grow in skill, creativity, and confidence. With structured training, engaging activities, and educational sessions, the camp offers a well-rounded and inspiring experience where students can express themselves and create lasting memories.
Summer Sessions
Wk 1 – June 23 – 27 (Ages 5-8)
Wk 2 – July 7 – 11 (Ages 9-12)
Wk 3 – July 14 – 18 (Ages 5-8)
Wk 4 – July 21 – 25 (Ages 9-12)
Wk 5 – July 28 – Aug 1 (Ages 5-8)
Half day AM session 9 am- 1 pm – $250/wk
Half day PM session – 1 pm- 5 pm – $250/wk
Full day session 9 – 5 pm – $400/wk
Cancellation Policy – full refund (minus $50 cancellation fee) before May 25th. No refund after May 25th
Daily Schedule
AM Session 9 am – 1 pm
9:00 – 9:15 am- half day am and full day check in
9:15 – 10:45 am – dance class (Rotating Styles)
– Monday: BollyHop
– Tuesday: BollyJazz
– Wednesday: Contemporary
– Thursday: Rehearsal (All Styles)
– Friday: Culmination Performance for Parents
10:45 – 11:00 am- snack break (camp provides)
11:00 – 12:00 pm – Dance Activity of the Day (activities will vary based on the class interest and age group)
– Monday: Musicality & Rhythm Training
– Tuesday: Art and craft Prop-Making Activity (Followed by Dancing with Props).
– Wednesday: Stage management, stage lighting, performance techniques
– Thursday: Nutrition class to teach them to eat a balanced diet after doing cardio all day. Stage Makeup Class (how to get ready for a dance performance)
– Friday: Mehendi or Rangoli Art Activity
12:00 – 12:45 pm – lunch break
12:45 – 1:00 p.m.- half-day am pickup.
PM Session 1 pm – 5 pm
1:00 – 1:15 pm – half day pm check in
1:15 – 2:45 pm – dance class (Rotating Styles)

4:45 – 5:00 pm – half day, full day pick up
Dance Class Breakdown – Summary
Each session is designed to develop technical skills, foster creativity, and create a safe environment. Here’s a quick overview:
- Warm-Up & Workout: Prepares the body and helps prevent injuries.
- Technique & Terminology: Focuses on correct movement and dance vocabulary.
- Passes Across the Floor: Builds traveling and movement techniques.
- Choreography & Dance Theory: Teaches routines alongside dance history and pioneers.
- Group Composition: Encourages teamwork through creating and performing in groups.
- Stretching & Cool-Down: Improves flexibility and supports recovery.
Culmination Performance (Friday):
A final performance for parents, showcasing progress and emphasizing confidence, collaboration, and stage presence.
